General Labor Fence Installer

All-State Fence Company is seeking a full-time fence installer to work on afence installation crew.

This position is a permanent position. We build fence year-round (this job is not seasonal). Successful applicant will be working approximately 40 to 45 per week working Monday through Thursday. On occasions; successful applicant will have to stay overnight on Mon, Tue and occasionally Wed nights only. All room and board paid by the company. Four additional hours are added for each night spent away from home in addition to working hours. Each week you have the option of taking off Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Working Friday is optional in case you want extra overtime (if a supply center needs extra help or if another crew leader needs help). This position requires heavy lifting and working in the heat or cold depending on the season. Applicant must be able to work at a fast pace. Starting wage is $17.00 to $19.00 depending on experience. We pay more if applicant has fence installation experience. We give raises twice a year if the team member is progressing. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for advancement.

Duties Include:
Installing new fence using power augers and concrete mixers.
Installing Security Chain Link Fence with Barbed Wire on Top.
Installing Heavy Roll Gates.

Additional Requirements:

Must be honest, hardworking and dependable
Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to work effectively on a fast-paced fence installation crew.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
