Location: Tempe, Arizona

Duration: Contract to hire, 6 months

Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (Intermediate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, data analysis, and business intelligence reporting and a proven ability to produce accurate reports, support risk and compliance objectives, and deliver insights to stakeholders and regulators.

Responsibilities:

• Produce recurring financial and risk reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute ad hoc data analysis, research requests, and special projects.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, COGNOS, or Alteryx.
• Collaborate with global internal stakeholders and interact with regulators.
• Maintain accurate records in databases and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Support risk, finance, compliance, and controls initiatives and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, COGNOS, or Alteryx.
• Background in the financial industry within Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and present reports.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and make consistent progress toward objectives.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
