Material Handler
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hourSummary:
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse operations by accurately moving, picking, stocking, and organizing materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are available for production and stored properly in a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and verify materials for production orders.
- Move materials between warehouse, production, and storage locations.
- Deliver drums, pails, and bulk materials to production as needed.
- Stock finished products and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Keep warehouse shelves clean, orderly, and properly labeled.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and maintenance.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with hazardous materials and DOT regulations is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs.
- Ability to move heavy materials using pallet jacks, drum dollies, and forklifts.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Additional Information
This is a safety-sensitive position and requires successful completion of a 5-panel drug screening, including marijuana.
