General Production Worker

Location: Williamsport, PA

Schedule: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM OT 5AM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM OT 1AM)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Pay: Weekly Pay

• Assemble door components, panels, seals, and hardware.
• Read production orders and follow work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Install windows and other components into door panels.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Load and unload materials manually.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products.
• Replenish materials and move inventory throughout the facility.
• Track materials and inventory using basic computer and Excel skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1-3 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
• Ability to team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.15/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
