Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager position for our client.
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Duties:
Manage multiple user trial projects for new products and technologies.
Recruit and coordinate participants, manage trial logistics, and collect user feedback.
Analyze feedback to identify trends, usability issues, and product improvements.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
Track project milestones, metrics, risks, and deadlines while coordinating with global teams.
Skills:
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in smartphones, gadgets, emerging technologies, and IoT.
Flexibility to work occasional early or late hours with international teams.
Experience:
Experience in project management, program coordination, or research.
Experience analyzing user feedback and coordinating cross-functional teams preferred.
Education:
College degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $42.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
