Job Description

Job Description

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for developing and leading long-term relationships with RTI's larger and more complex commercial insurance clients. While the Account Manager ensures exceptional day-to-day service, the Account Executive co-owns the overall client relationship, serves as the client's trusted risk advisor, and develops insurance strategies that help clients protect and grow their businesses. This role is more than just insurance knowledge. It requires someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, understands insurance and can translate complex insurance concepts into practical business solutions. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable sitting across the table from a business owner discussing future business plans as they are analyzing policy language, negotiating with underwriters, or developing a renewal strategy.

This is a relationship-deepening role focused on RTI's existing clients not a new-business production role. The Account Executive inherits and strengthens established client relationships working with the producer to bring the client the best outcome.
