A Day in the Life
- Map the market and create a targeted recruiting strategy for key engineering roles.
- Proactively source through job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and lead initial interviews to evaluate technical and culture alignment.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
- Maintain precise, real-time documentation of candidate pipelines and activities.
- Nurture long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Deliver clear updates and recruiting metrics to leaders.
- Ensure every step adheres to company policies and applicable regulations.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of engineering recruiting experience (manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of engineering disciplines and role requirements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and independent working style.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organization and time management; able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: Accredited HSD/GED required; Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
