Entry Level Account Manager –Milwaukee, WI

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Account Manager who enjoys working with customers and building relationships. You’ll manage existing accounts, stay closely connected with customers, identify new opportunities, and play an important role in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as a consistent point of contact, and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to support long-term account retention.
• Develop an understanding of customer operations and applications to provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations.
• Coordinate customer requests, orders, quotes, and product inquiries to ensure information is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively address issues, changes, or opportunities that may impact the customer relationship.
• Follow up with customers regarding open quotes, orders, projects, and other outstanding needs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and internal teams to coordinate customer activities and provide seamless account support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account activity, and sales information within the CRM while monitoring account trends and identifying areas for continued growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering field, or related
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, engineering, account management, or tech support
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to learn product specifications
