$19 - $24 hourly

• Greet visitors and clients when they arrive and assist them as needed

• Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties

• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct

• Handle all inside sales calls and visitors to the location

• Maintain the appearance of the showroom and displays

• Assist the outside sales team with the preparation of quote documents and emails

• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Must have graduated from high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Can juggle multiple simultaneous tasks
• Able to focus clearly on details
• Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency
