ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in manufacturing and reached a point where I wanted my career to have a greater impact. I was drawn to agency ownership because of the opportunity to help people, serve families, and make a positive difference in the community around me.

Being involved locally is important to me, and our agency looks for opportunities to support and stay connected with the community we serve.
'
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off and vacation, licensing reimbursement, and paid holidays. We also offer a schedule with no evenings or weekends, along with free snacks and coffee in the office. One of the biggest advantages of joining our agency is the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced team. Our team members are willing to teach and support one another, and we provide access to a variety of training platforms and resources to help people continue developing their skills.

I’m looking for a go-getter who wants more than just a job - someone eager to take on responsibility, develop as a leader, and step into greater opportunities as the agency grows. If you’re motivated to learn, willing to take initiative, and excited about growing alongside a newer agency with an experienced team behind you, we’d love to meet you.
