Industrial Controls and Power Distribution Electrician

Worksite: Manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA

• Full-time, first-shift, long-term engagement
• $30–$35/hour, dependent on experience
• Fast-paced environment focusing on installs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of plant electrical systems

• Install/modify power systems; run feeders and branch circuits
• Set switchgear, transformers, disconnects, MCCs, and panels
• Confirm voltage, phase rotation, and load capacity

• Connect and commission production machinery
• Relocate and reconnect existing equipment
• Install motors, VFDs, control panels, and enclosures
• Run and terminate power and control wiring
• Troubleshoot electrical/controls to reduce downtime

• Integrate PLC-controlled systems
• Wire sensors, limit switches, and photo-eyes
• Verify communication and signal integrity
• Test and validate proper operation

• Electrical testing and system verification
• Adhere to NEC, OSHA, LOTO, and GMP standards
• Maintain safe conditions and perform preventive maintenance

Experience in high-volume production such as plastics, food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or similar facilities is highly preferred.

• 6+ years as an Industrial Electrician in manufacturing/industrial environments
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand and electrical tools provided by the candidate
