Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports customers through phone and email by answering general product questions, providing technical troubleshooting, processing orders, and maintaining accurate account information. This role emphasizes order and account administration, timely customer follow-up, and escalating complex issues when needed, with additional work involving QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone and email.
• Process orders and manage related administrative tasks.
• Update and maintain customer account information.
• Answer general product questions and provide product information.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers to support timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Active listening, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Experience with order management systems and data entry.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.
