Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, CRM solutions, system integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.
- Define Salesforce architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and customizations.
- Design solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Configure Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and Service Console.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Conduct technical reviews, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support deployment activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and CRM solutions.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, deployment strategies, and release management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and DevOps tools.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.
