Budget Car and Truck Rental – Birmingham, AL

Looking for a part-time driving job without committing to a full-time schedule? Budget Car and Truck Rental is hiring dependable drivers to move rental vehicles between company locations and repair vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, staying active, and working with a team in a hands-on role.

Part-time shifts available:

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Drive rental vehicles, including full-size passenger vans, between company locations and vendors as needed.
• Keep accurate paperwork for vehicles moved.
• Assist other agents, locations, and departments when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and updated training guidelines.

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being behind the wheel and prefers part-time work. Prior auction, dealership, shuttle driving, car rental, truck rental, or travel industry experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to drive 15-foot and 24-foot moving trucks on major interstates.
• Knowledge of vehicle equipment.
• Good organizational skills.
