Pay: $40,000–$80,000+ per year | Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses + $1,500K Sign-On Bonus

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and schedule free in-home consultations for our outside sales team.

No sales experience required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.

• Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Introduce our remodeling products and services.
• Identify potential customers and schedule free consultations.
• Build communication and sales skills through hands-on experience.
• Represent our company at home shows and community events.
• Work with a supportive team to reach goals and advance your career.

• $40,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential.
• Base pay, uncapped commissions, and multiple performance bonuses.
