We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications and data management solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions that meet business and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, technical designs, and implementation plans.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend technologies, platforms, tools, and development approaches.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, integrations, and database solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to define priorities, estimate effort, and support project delivery.
- Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Work with stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, processes, configurations, and support materials.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems.
- Support cloud-based and enterprise technology environments as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in software development, application support, or systems implementation.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with databases, application design, and system integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
• At least 4 years of hands-on IT experience with cloud computing and cloud-based application environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Internet, Intranet, and Extranet technologies, including the related services and supporting systems required for implementation.
• Strong understanding of manned and unmanned aviation assets and the operational or regulatory considerations associated with aviation data solutions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with business partners and IT teams to gather requirements and recommend practical technical solutions.
• Experience creating high-quality technical and functional documentation, including research summaries, design records, security requirements, and performance metrics.
• Background in software development involving databases, programming, and solution implementation for enterprise information systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage project stakeholders, present findings clearly, and support cross-functional coordination.
