Be part of the management team at All Star Lanes Baton Rouge as a full-time Food and Beverage Manager overseeing daily snack bar and beverage service in a high-traffic venue. Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides primarily supervisory leadership while offering hands-on service support during peak periods and coordinating daily with bowling and event operations. The position offers opportunities for growth into expanded venue management. Compensation includes bi-weekly salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, paid time off and health, vision and dental insurance covered 100%.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily snack bar and beverage service operations.
- Schedule staff and supervise team performance.
- Manage inventory, vendors, and operating costs.
- Coordinate daily with bowling and event operations.
- Maintain food quality and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and food safety requirements.
- Provide guest service and resolve customer concerns.
- Support hands-on service during peak periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in food and beverage management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food safety management knowledge or certification.
- Experience with inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control.
- Skills in staff training, customer service, and team leadership.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
