Manufacturing Production Supervisor

SUMMARY OF THE JOB

Plant Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensures strict adherence to

safety protocols and quality standards, and manages personnel to meet productivity

goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily production processes to meet

deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints

2. Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working

environment

3. Communicates with HR about staffing needs, training, mentoring, and

consistently evaluates staff performance

4. Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime

6. Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to upper

management

7. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity and

reduce waste

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

1. Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company

goals.

2. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Reports all unsafe

activities to safety and /or Human Resource

3. Performs other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• 3+ years in Production Management/Supervisor (Manufacturing)
• Safety-first attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft 365
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Forklift
• Ability to read blueprints
• Problem Solving
• Inventory management
• People management skills, including the ability to train and motivate team members, delegate work, and explain importance of policies
• Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of materials
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be willing to work in a non-air conditioned/heat environment and actively

consistent walking throughout the production floor.

HOURS 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM INCLUDING SATURDAYS
