Shipping and Receiving Associate

ATI is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support accurate order processing, inventory organization, and the safe movement of incoming and outgoing materials. This position reports to the Logistics Manager and works in a team-focused manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately.

· Receive, unload, inspect, and place incoming materials and inventory in designated locations.

· Examine incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, and accuracy.

· Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory.

· Operate material-handling equipment and a forklift safely, as assigned.

· Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.

· Follow ATI quality, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety, and employment policies and procedures.

· Support team and department goals and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· At least one year of shipping experience required.

· Forklift experience is a plus; ability to become or remain a licensed forklift operator is required.

· Experience with UPS and FedEx online shipping software is preferred.

· Ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

· Strong attention to detail, dependability, organization, time management, adaptability, and teamwork.

Physical and Work Requirements

· Ability to regularly sit, stand, handle materials or tools, use hand-eye coordination, speak, and listen.

· Ability to occasionally walk and reach with hands and arms.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to use required personal protective equipment and work safely around common material-handling equipment.
