Work Order Production Specialist

Location: Protective Industrial Products (PIP), Olive Branch, MS

Start Date: Monday, October 5, 2026 | Employment: Full-Time

Compensation: $14.00/hour (Regular) | $21.00/hour (Overtime)

You clock in at 7:00 AM, join a close-knit team in the Work Order Department, and jump into hands-on production: unpacking, sorting, folding, and preparing items with care. Throughout the day you’ll inspect product quality, build work orders precisely to spec, and package materials for the next stage. The pace is steady and team-focused, with clear goals for accuracy and output. Most days end at 3:45 PMbut when volume spikes, you’ll extend your shift and occasionally pitch in on weekends.

• Regular: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
• Mandatory overtime may extend your shift up to 10 hours and can include weekends
• Most overtime is scheduled at the end of the regular shift (beyond 3:45 PM)

IMPORTANT – MANDATORY OVERTIME REQUIRED: Please do not apply if you are unable to work mandatory overtime, extended shifts, or weekends.

• Unpack, sort, organize, fold, process, and repack products
• Follow work order instructions precisely and prepare items accordingly
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Package completed products for the next production step
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining pace and quality
• Stand and move for extended periods and keep your area organized
• Meet daily productivity targets and follow PIP safety procedures
• Pitch in across production/warehouse tasks as needed

• Reliable attendance and punctuality with dependable transportation to Olive Branch
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and prolonged standing
• Team-first mindset and the ability to take direction and hit goals
• Availability for the regular schedule plus mandatory overtime, 10-hour shifts, and weekends when required

• Regular pay: $14.00/hour
• Overtime pay: $21.00/hour
• Overtime availability is essential and may include extended weekday shifts and weekend work based on business needs
