We are seeking a CSR- Customer Service Representative to join our team!You will be responsible forhelpingcustomers by providing product and service information and resolvingtechnical issues. Structured training and quality-focused systems are provided to support long-term performance and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provideinformation about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
  • Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
