We are hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead a large apartment community in Indianapolis, IN.

As our Property Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee the on-site team handling customer service

• Manage delinquencies and collections

• Drive outreach and conduct property tours

• Run open houses and leasing events

• Handle resident complaints and coordinate maintenance

• Keep the property clean and well maintained

• 2+ years of property management experience

• Experience managing a community of 300+ apartment units

• Strong communication skills

• Responsible and proactive

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
