Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour + performance incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate repair options and solutions with customers
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Manage your daily schedule and prioritize assignments
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of plumbing or plumbing service experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential service plumbing experience
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and troubleshooting techniques
- Desire to continue training and progress toward journeyman-level expertise
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
