About Us
TIA–Texas Insurance Agency is hiring 1 Licensed Commercial Insurance Account Manager for our Houston office (11905 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77099). This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
Compensation
- Pay: $24.00 per hour
- Plus a quarterly bonus (performance-based; not guaranteed)
Responsibilities
- Manage renewals for an assigned book of commercial accounts
- Process endorsements and policy changes
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Coordinate premium audits with clients and carriers
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage
- Communicate with carriers and wholesalers on quotes, changes, and service issues
- Maintain complete account documentation
- Keep Agency Matrix and CRM records updated
- Drive client retention through proactive service
- Support producers with quoting, submissions, and client follow-up
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Resume required
- At least 2 years of commercial-lines account management or CSR experience (preferred)
- Experience with Agency Matrix or a comparable AMS/CRM (preferred)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Training
Training on our systems is provided if you are not already familiar with them.
