What You’ll Do
- Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.
- Follow up with leads and support marketing efforts.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
- Process applications and leases accurately.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming community.
- Meet leasing and sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
