The Position:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is able to learn and operate within our structure in order to contribute in our customer service responsibilities. The right candidate will help us live out our mission of empowering people to impact others through celebration by exhibiting the skill and willingness to establish and develop customer relationships. The right candidate needs to display a high level of emotional and relational health with a desire to bring out the best in others. Trophy Awards is seeking a customer service specialist that is willing to grow and be taught both in skill and our Core Values.

Job Responsibilities (training provided):

• Collaborate with customers on their recognition questions and orders. This includes asking detailed questions to fully understand the purpose of their celebration and recognition requests.
• Aid in customers’ questions about our products (trophies, crystal, acrylic, plaques, promotional items and apparel pieces, etc.) when placing orders, their invoices, order updates, and shipping information. These may come via phone, email, or in-person.
• Navigate various computer and work order systems to fully assist customers with the celebration process.
• Consult our current customers by exploring other opportunities to serve them in celebration planning.
• Collaborate with our team for walk-in customers, pick-up orders, and other inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to Pursue Excellence with each order.
• Build relationships with customers to grow trust and help transform the lives of those they seek to recognize and affirm.
• Living Generously by Collaborating with other departments to determine where additional help is needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• The Customer Service Specialist role should hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service (people skills)

minutes southeast of downtown Cincinnati off the I-275 loop.
