We’re a busy, close-knit Farmers agency in Frisco looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines team. If you’re the kind of person clients ask for by name, we’d love to meet you.
Client Support: Answer client questions, resolve issues, and deliver the right solutions with a smile.
Policy Assistance: Help clients understand their home, auto, and umbrella coverage, options, and terms.
Claims Handling: Guide clients through filing a claim and make sure documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
Premium Management: Handle billing questions, process payments, and help clients manage payment plans.
Policy Updates: Process changes such as vehicles, drivers, coverage adjustments, and address updates.
Client Retention: Reach out at renewal, after rate changes, and when payments lapse to keep clients happy and in force.
Account Reviews: Spot coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities and refer them to our producers.
Licensing: A current Texas Property & Casualty (General Lines) license is required. A Life & Health license is a plus.
Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and professional by phone, email, and in person.
Customer Focus: You listen, empathize, and go the extra mile.
Problem-Solving Abilities: You figure out what clients need and find a way to make it happen.
Attention to Detail: You process documents accurately and keep client records spotless.
Organization: You juggle many tasks without dropping a follow-up.
Personality: Bubbly, upbeat, and great at building lasting relationships.
Experience: 1+ years in insurance or customer service preferred. Farmers or agency management system experience is a bonus.
