InsightGlobalisseekingaSeniorSystemsEngineer/FleetTrainingRequirementsLeadtosupportour clientsIntegratedTrainingSystemsSoftwareDevelopment(ITSSD)organization.Thisindividualwillserveas theprimaryoperationalandtechnicalliaisonbetweenNavySurfaceFleetTrainingleadershipandthesoftwaredevelopmentteamsupportingtrainingapplicationssuchasJAAR,DCD,andrelatedfleetreadinessinitiatives.

Thisroleisheavilyfocusedonrequirementsgathering,stakeholderengagement,operationalanalysis,andcapabilitydevelopmentratherthan hand on softwaredevelopment.

TheidealcandidatewillunderstandSurfaceNavytrainingenvironments and becomfortable working directlywithCaptains,Admirals,TYCOMleadership,ATGpersonnel,andfleetstakeholderstoidentify

capabilitygaps,capturerequirements,andtranslateoperationalneedsintoactionabletechnicalsolutions.

ResponsibilitiesInclude,ButAreNotLimitedTo:

• ServeastheprimaryliaisonbetweenNavyN7leadership,TYCOMstakeholders,fleettrainingorganizations,andtheITS-SDdevelopmentteam.
• EngagewithSurfaceFleettrainingleaderstounderstandoperationalchallenges,capabilitygaps,and future trainingrequirements.
• Capture,document,prioritize,andrefinerequirementsfortrainingsystemssupportingfleetcombat readiness
• Translateoperationalandtrainingobjectivesintotechnicalrequirementsforsoftwareengineering teams
• Partnerwithdevelopers,systemengineers,andprogramleadershiptoensuredeliveredcapabilities align withfleettrainingneeds.
• ParticipateinAgileplanning,requirementreviews,systemdemonstrations,anduserfeedbacksessions.
• Developbriefs,whitepapers,conceptsofoperation(CONOPS),workflows,andsupportingdocumentation

Compensation:

$65/hr-$67/hr

Exactcompensationmayvarybasedonseveralfactors,includingskills,experience,andeducation.
