Manufacturing Power Distribution Electrician

Role Type: Full-time (First Shift) | Pay: $30–$35/hour DOE | Location: Lebanon, PA

Support a long-term manufacturing partner by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading plant electrical systems and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

• Install/modify switchgear, transformers, disconnects, MCCs, and distribution panels
• Run feeders and branch circuits for new and existing equipment
• Confirm voltage, phase rotation, and load capacity

• Connect and commission production machinery; relocate and reconnect equipment as needed
• Install motors, VFDs, control panels, and enclosures
• Pull and terminate power and control wiring
• Diagnose electrical/control issues to reduce downtime

• Integrate PLC-based systems and field devices (sensors, limit switches, photo eyes)
• Verify communications, I/O mapping, and signal integrity
• Function-test and validate equipment performance

• Execute electrical testing and system verification
• Adhere to NEC, OSHA, LOTO, and GMP requirements
• Perform preventive maintenance and sustain a safe work area

Preferred environment: High-volume operations such as plastics, food & beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, or comparable production facilities.

• 6+ years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician in industrial/manufacturing settings
• Proficient with electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own set of basic hand and electrical tools

• Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (We are a drug-free company)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Hourly pay: $30–$35, commensurate with experience
