Full-Time Position | Manufacturing Industry
An established manufacturing company specializing in powder coating and sandblasting is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality finished product to every customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for coating defects, scratches, bubbles, uneven coverage, and other imperfections.
- Verify color, texture, finish, and overall quality meet job specifications.
- Perform final quality inspections before products are approved for delivery.
- Identify and document quality issues and communicate necessary corrections to production staff.
- Verify completed orders against job tickets and customer specifications.
- Ensure defective products are corrected before leaving the facility.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and help improve quality control procedures.
- Communicate quality concerns clearly to team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors in both languages.
- Ability to identify visual defects and inconsistencies.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read job tickets and follow written instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, quality control, or powder coating experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
