Location Lead – Parts

Houghton, Iowa | Full-Time | On-Site

7:30 am – 5 pm

Pay: $60,000–$80,000, based on experience

An established agricultural equipment dealership is seeking aLocation Leadwith a parts focus who wants to learn the business from experienced hands and grow into store leadership.

This is a hands-on role supporting the whole store. Most of your day is in parts: receiving, stocking, keeping inventory accurate, and helping customers at the counter. You’ll also back up the office when it’s busy. You’ll report to Operations and work across departments as store needs change.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, stock, and process returns on incoming parts and accessories.
• Keep inventory accurate with cycle counts; pull transfers.
• Help customers and technicians identify, locate, and order parts.
• Assist with parts deliveries and pickups.
• Back up the office: phones, payments, and equipment deal paperwork.
• Learn store operations alongside the current leadership team.
• Keep work areas organized, safe, and ready for customers.

Experience and Qualifications

• Three or more years of work experience, including customer-facing responsibilities.
• Parts, inventory, or warehouse experience at an ag, auto, or equipment dealer preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning inventory and business systems.
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment and John Deere products is a plus.
• Forklift or material-handling experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Schedule and Growth

This position works across office, parts counter, warehouse, shop, and outdoor areas. Occasional early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, or extended hours may be needed.
