Location: Franklin, WI.
Reports to: CFO
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

Overview
In this role, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company's revenue growth and operational efficiency. You’ll lead a talented team, partner with various departments, and help shape the future of our business through strategic insights and innovative financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer opportunities, including price and trade promotion evaluations, to maximize profitability.
• Manage daily sales reporting and develop weekly and monthly KPIs that track overall sales performance.
• Oversee the management of non-trade deductions and support initiatives for their recovery.
• Handle brokerage commission reporting, analytics, and contract management.
• Lead program analysis across Food Service, Club, and Grocery channels to identify investment needs and lift opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales forecasts and annual planning aligned with company goals.
• Direct the Customer Service team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a culture aligned with company values.
• Collaborate across sales, supply chain, and production to ensure profitable revenue growth.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and external partners, representing the finance function confidently in various meetings.
• Support freight management projects, including new transportation system implementation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Management experience with 2–3 direct reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Power BI reporting

Nice-to-Have

• Food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing experience
