General Production Worker

We're hiring General Production Workers to support a clean, organized facility that manufactures truck lighting and wire harnesses. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow into specialized positions.

Depending on your department, you may:

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Use RF scanners to locate and pull products
• Label, box, and prepare shipments
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Move and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs

• Assemble wire harnesses used in vehicle lighting systems
• Measure and cut wire using a tape measure
• Perform basic assembly, splicing, and testing
• Read work instructions and follow quality standards
• Work with color-coded wiring

• Operate plastic molding machines
• Perform quality inspections
• Change molds and materials as needed
• Maintain equipment and production standards

Reliable attendance

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avis, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.70 - $20.80/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
