Receiving & Machine Operator - Rubber Roll Manufacturer

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving & Machine Operator to join our growing production team.

Position Overview:
The Receiving & Machine Operator will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, inspecting components for accuracy and quality, and operating production machinery to manufacture rubber rolls to exact specifications.

• Hours 6:30 am – 2:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components
• Measure and record part dimensions using calipers and micrometers
• Set up and operate machinery used in rubber roll production
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times
• Assist with general shop duties and equipment maintenance
• Showing up to work on time

Qualifications:

• Experience using calipers and micrometers is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Bilingual A Plus English to Spanish
• Needs to live more than 20 miles from work
• Have own RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
