· Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients.
· Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
· Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
· Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate medical professionals.
· Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
· Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Georgia.
· Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
· Experience providing care in an inpatient hospital setting.
· Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills.
· Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, for the duration of the assignment.
