We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our APA-accredited, clinician-led behavioral health team. As a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, we serve over 100,000 patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.
Position Highlights
Full-time or part-time schedules
Create your own hours (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM)
No nights, weekends, or on-call
Work close to home within local partnered facilities
Consistent, reliable caseload
Ideal for newly licensed LPCs or those seeking supplemental income
What You'll Do
Provide therapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
Work in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings
Customize treatment plans within an integrated care team
Manage your caseload independently while focusing fully on patient care

Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling
Active LPC license in the state of practice
Salary:$80,000 - $129,000 ANNUALLY
