Mechanical Project Manager – Manufacturing Facilities

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with experience supporting industrial or manufacturing facility construction, ideally in food manufacturing, consumer products, or other production environments.

This role combines hands-on mechanical project management with team leadership and client support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary facilities engineering and mechanical project teams
• Manage manufacturing facility construction, expansions, renovations, and capital projects
• Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client leadership
• Provide hands-on technical support for mechanical systems and facility projects
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Help plan and execute facility infrastructure and manufacturing improvements
• Support clients throughout project planning, design, construction, and completion
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members

Ideal Experience:

• Mechanical project management experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, or food manufacturing facilities
• New facility construction, plant expansions, or capital projects
• Facilities engineering and building systems
• Experience working with contractors, engineers, and clients
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Role: Approximately 50% hands-on project work and 50% team leadership, resource planning, and client support.
