  • Partner with Quality Engineering on First Article Inspections (FAIs) and PPAP documentation.
  • Perform incoming inspections for supplier and subcontractor components.
  • Record clear, complete inspection results and escalate nonconformances when needed.
  • Open Internal Non-Conformance Reports (INCRs) and ensure nonconforming material is properly segregated.
  • Conduct fit checks to confirm assembly compatibility.
  • Support sorting activities, re-inspection, and validation of reworked parts.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and QMS systems.
  • Assist with quality reporting, metrics, and tracking.
  • Coordinate final inspection priorities in partnership with the Quality team.
  • Keep your area clean, safe, and organized.

  • Strong attention to detail with practical problem-solving ability.
  • Clear communicator and dependable team contributor.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Experience with FARO metrology equipment.
