PPS is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer for an established precision manufacturing partner in Solon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned machinist with strong Mastercam programming skills and hands-on experience with Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs).
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC equipment using Mastercam.
- Set up and operate Horizontal Machining Centers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform complete machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize programs.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tight tolerances.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong Mastercam programming experience required.
- Hands-on Horizontal Machining Center experience required.
- Ability to independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.
- Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement skills.
