We're proud to offer a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; FSA/DCA
401(k) with a 3% employer contribution after one year
Opportunity for a hybrid work-from-home schedule after 90 days
Three weeks of paid vacation, which grows with your tenure, and 40 hours of sick leave
$105,000 - $150,000 annual salary + bonus
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; barred in Oregon
Two years (five or more preferred) of criminal law experience and some DUI defense and/or felony case experience; trial experience
Sound judgment and courtroom composure under pressure
Ability to counsel clients with clarity and compassion; execute case strategies aligned with their goals
Preferred
Experience in Portland-metro, Willamette Valley, Eugene-area, and/or Coastal jurisdictions
WA bar license (in addition to OR)
Spanish-language fluency
Demonstrated mentoring or management/leadership experience
