About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedInside Sales Representativeto join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in industrial, automotive, mining, construction, manufacturing, or parts sales environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, processing sales orders, managing inventory-related activities, and coordinating procurement and logistics functions to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and support.

· Prepare estimates, quotations, and sales orders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

· Assist customers with product selection, availability, and technical inquiries.

· Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and expediting materials and parts.

· Support inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations.

· Process and track customer orders from quote through fulfillment.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

· Perform occasional local pickups and deliveries as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience inindustrial parts salesand/oron-highway or off-highway automotive parts sales.

· Background in themining, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries.

· Previous counter sales, inside sales, or outside sales experience.

· Mechanical aptitude with experience as a mechanic or in a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving processes.

· Experience with procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and vendor coordination.

· Familiarity with sales administration functions including quoting, estimating, order processing, and customer follow-up.

· Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Physical & Driving Requirements

· Ability to safely lift and move items weighing20 pounds or more.

· Valid driver's license with aclean driving record.

· Willingness to perform occasional local pickups and deliveries.
