TheMaterial Handlerwillpull orders for production and shipment; move materials to storage areas; receive and inventoryfinished components.
Responsibilities:
Working from a live schedule for manufacturing jobs and sales orders, accurately pull orders from warehouse storage area; select proper quantity, apply proper identification labels and place on pallet or cart and move to designated staging area.
Pull items requested from stock areas using a forklift when needed
Visually inspect materials received for defects
Maintain work area, equipment and warehouse in a clean and organized manner
Perform inventory cycle counts
UtilizeERP terminal and handheld scanners for logging items and orders
Follow all ISO procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
1+ years experience as a Warehouse Order Picker or Stocker highly preferred
1+ years forklift experience preferred
Able to read CAD drawings to properly identify stocked parts, preferred
Strongmathematical aptitude; must be able to accurately count
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
High level of self-initiative and dependability
Must be able to work overtime, as required
