Banquets Server

As a Banquets Server, you will provide attentive guest service and support the successful execution of conferences, conventions, and a diverse portfolio of events. You will help deliver plated, buffet, and family-style service while maintaining an organized and welcoming banquet environment. This role does not include supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional guest service throughout banquet events.
• Support plated, buffet, and family-style service according to event requirements.
• Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of conferences, conventions, and other events.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet hall.
• Respond to guest needs and help ensure events run smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of banquet service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in banquet service.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
