What You’ll Handle

- Document work performed and maintain precise maintenance and repair records.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or a closely related role.
- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

- Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
