Job Title: Distribution Specialist II

Duration: 09 months contract

Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)
Pay rate: $32/hr on W2

Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day
Shift: Swing Shift, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a Distribution Specialist II to support warehouse and supply chain operations by receiving, storing, dispensing, kitting, and shipping GMP and non-GMP materials. The candidate will maintain inventory accuracy, perform ERP transactions, support manufacturing operations, and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and equipment.
• Dispense, kit, stage, and deliver materials for manufacturing and production.
• Prepare outbound shipments for external customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP transactions.
• Monitor Kanban replenishment systems and report inventory discrepancies.
• Handle temperature-controlled materials and ensure proper storage and transportation.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Escalate deviations, damaged materials, and rejected orders to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP transactions and standard operating procedures preferred.
• Good organizational, clerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
