Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not always required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components to produce finished products according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies for defects, accuracy, and quality.
- Identify and report defective parts, equipment issues, or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment when needed.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new processes and work as part of a team.
