Associate Account Executive – Medical Sales

Location: On-site | Santa Ana, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible start times (5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 a.m.) 8 hours shift with a 30-minute unpaid meal period

Pay: $20.00 per hour + monthly performance bonus of up to $750

PM Biomedical provides medical equipment repair, replacement parts, rental equipment, and refurbished medical devices to hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. We’re looking for a motivated team player who enjoys talking with people, developing new business opportunities, and growing professionally in a fast-paced sales environment.

No prior medical sales experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and the opportunity to advance into an Account Executive role.

What You’ll Do

• Make approximately 140 outbound calls per day to hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities.
• Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified sales leads.
• Prospect new customers and follow up by phone and email.
• Support Account Executives with lead generation, customer outreach, and territory development.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM.
• Meet daily call, talk-time, lead generation, and performance goals.
• Learn our medical equipment products, services, and sales processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and performance-based goals.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience is a plus.
• Previous sales, customer service, telemarketing, or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• $20.00 per hour base pay.
• Monthly performance bonus of up to $750, based on established activity goals, qualified opportunities generated, teamwork, and CRM accuracy.

California Employment Information

This is an hourly, nonexempt position. A 30-minute uninterrupted, duty-free meal period will be provided in accordance with California law. Paid rest periods will be provided as required by law. Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable California requirements, and all hours worked must be accurately recorded.
