Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with experience operating Brake Press, Roll Form, and Powder Coat equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components, maintaining production standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate Brake Press machines to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
- Set up and operate Roll Form machinery to manufacture metal parts and products.
- Prepare, hang, and process metal parts through the Powder Coat system.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision tools.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Brake Press, Roll Form, or Powder Coat equipment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to safely handle metal materials and finished products.
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, overtime as needed
