Warehouse Stocker

THE OPPORTUNITY

Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, the Warehouse Stocker unloads and receives truck shipments, stocks shelves, performs scheduled warehouse cycle counts, and pulls garment orders for production teams. This role is a strong fit for someone who works well independently, can safely operate forklifts, stays self-motivated, and enjoys active, hands-on warehouse work.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Location: Wadena Warehouse, 1430 1/2 Homecrest Ave SE, Wadena, MN, USA | Onsite

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Growth: Build experience in warehouse receiving, forklift operation, stocking, order picking, inventory control, cycle counting, pad printing, and production support.

A TYPICAL DAY | RECEIVE + STOCK + PICK + COUNT + KEEP IT MOVING

• Pull garment orders for production teams.
• Verify the correct garment, color, size, and quantity by weighing or counting garments.
• Pad print garments.
• Perform cycle counts of garments.
• Receive truck shipments, including loading and unloading inventory.
• Operate a forklift to stock shelves from truck shipments or pallet racks, lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Keep aisles clear and racks clean and organized.
• Follow 6S practices: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
• Use a communication device on a rotating schedule to deliver garments to production as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading inventory as needed.
• Lift 30-50 pounds continuously.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

SKILLS | SELF-MOTIVATED + ACCURATE + TEAM PLAYER

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Comfort working at heights in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong counting skills and ability to read and understand order forms accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Self-directed, dependable, and motivated to keep work moving.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift; prior forklift experience or training is preferred.
