• Generate home and auto renewal quotes with the right coverage at competitive rates
• Manage client communication and records in our agency management system
• Collect applications, paperwork, and payments, and submit them to carriers
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and updates accurately
• Assess client needs and recommend the right coverage options
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to grow each client's coverage

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Florida independent agency home and auto insurance.
• Licensing: Must hold a 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license (If you have a 4-40 license, we will sponsor you to take the test for a 20-44).
• Technical Skills: Experience with Quoterush, EzLynx, and/or QQCatlyst is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance coverage options and the products offered by the agency’s carriers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
